Codina Breaks Ground on Apartments in Downtown Doral with $100M Loan

Codina Partners broke ground on the Sevilla apartments in Downtown Doral after securing a $100 million construction loan.

Regions Bank funded 65% of the mortgage while Ocean Bank covered the other 35% to the Coral Gables-based developer. The loan secured the project on 4.2 acres between Northwest 53rd Street and Northwest 52nd Terrace.

The seven-story Sevilla will feature 412 apartments and 15,800 square feet of common areas and amenities, including a pool deck with cabanas and grills, a zen courtyard, a dog park, a wellness deck with pickleball courts and a yoga yard, a club room and lounge, and a two-story fitness center…
