White Oak Development Group Breaks Ground on Saddlebridge

White Oak Development Group proudly announces the official groundbreaking of Saddlebridge, a transformative multifamily residential community set to reshape downtown Davie, Florida. On Thursday, Mayor Judy Paul and the Davie Town Council, joined White Oak executives to mark the launch of this pivotal project—one that promises to deliver much more than new apartments.

Spanning 4.1 acres, Saddlebridge will bring 286 luxury residences—including 57 inclusionary housing units—across two architecturally striking four-story buildings.
